Dr. Sunil Ramlall is a Professor and Academic Program Director at the University of New Hampshire, College of Professional Studies. Prior, Dr. Ramlall was a Professor of Business at Concordia University Wisconsin, primarily teaching in the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program, held the role of Academic Program Chair and Faculty at Western Governors University, leading academic initiatives in the graduate business programs. He was an Associate Professor of Management at Cardinal Stritch University, Hamline University, and an Assistant Professor at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.

Dr. Ramlall holds a Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of St. Thomas and an M.Ed. and Ph.D. in HRD from the University of Minnesota. He has 38 scholarly journal articles and is the author of a book and a book chapter on future of work and education. Dr. Ramlall frequently presents at academic conferences including Academy of Management, Midwest Academy of Management, Academy of Human Resource Development, ASBSP, and AACSB.
