Dr. Jose Siqueira began his career with Purdue University Global in 2020, and he has taught various courses in the BA and MBA programs in the School of Business and Information Technology. Dr. Siqueira’s experience includes over 25 years in advertising and marketing for companies such as Ampersand (formerly NCC Media), Comcast Cable, and Cinch Home Services (formerly Cross Country Home Services), as well as serving as an international marketing consultant focusing on Customer Experience implementation. He is a member of the American Marketing Association, the Academy of International Business, and the Academy of Marketing Science. His research interests include retail internationalization in emerging countries, international branding, internal marketing, employee branding, and customer experience. He has published his academic research in various prestigious journals, including Psychology & Marketing, Journal of Marketing Analytics, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Marketing Services, and International Marketing Review, among others. His combined publications have been cited by over 1,500 marketing scholars worldwide. Additionally, Dr. Siqueira has worked as a visiting professor at universities in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Spain.
