Allan MacKenzie is a national award–winning Assistant Professor at McMaster University’s W. Booth School of Engineering Practice and Technology, specializing in leadership and workplace dynamics. He brings more than 25 years of executive experience in talent management and strategic consulting before transitioning to academia to educate future NexGen leaders. An active pedagogical researcher and speaker, he has presented at The Teaching Professor Conference, Learning Ideas Conference, and ACBSP. His scholarly work has been published in the International Journal of Advanced Corporate Learning, The Teaching Professor, and Advances in Online Education. He also serves as a reviewer for CJHE, iJAC, and IJEE journals, and holds CMgr, GPHR, and CHRL professional designations.
